We begin by formalising your procurement mandate: scope, target suppliers, commercial parameters, timelines and success criteria. This forms the basis of our agency agreement.
Using our established networks in the UK and Nigeria, we identify qualified suppliers that meet your specification. We maintain relationships with vetted counterparties across all three of our core sectors.
All shortlisted suppliers undergo commercial and compliance screening, including KYC verification, financial standing checks and capability assessment, before we recommend them to you.
Acting solely on your behalf, we negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and contractual protections. Our fee is earned on an agency basis; we have no incentive to favour the supplier.
We facilitate contract completion and provide a full handover pack, including all supplier documentation, correspondence and agreed terms, so your team can manage the relationship with confidence.
